Overview of Steady Flow Distribution Valve Group Skid

The intelligent steady flow water distribution device overcomes the problem of mutual interference of water injection in a single well in the pipeline distribution and injection process, and solves the problem of over-injection and under-injection caused by the fluctuation of water injection pressure. The device adopts the ground steady flow water distribution technology, and uses the electric flow automatic controller to accurately and quantitatively distribute water to the branch pipelines with different pressure and flow requirements. Within the pressure fluctuation range of 10MPa~25MPa, when the working pressure fluctuates frequently, it can automatically adjust Flow, the flow adjustment error is within 10%. The device is a multi-functional product integrating cut-off filtration, metering, and constant current adjustment. It has a compact structure, novel design, convenient installation and operation, and has the functions of anti-theft and anti-freeze. It is an ideal water injection equipment for oil fields with complete functions and safety. The steady flow water distribution valve group does not need to be adjusted on-site at any time, realizing unattended operation, fewer production posts, and lower production management costs. The steady flow water distribution valve group can be produced and assembled in the factory, with small on-site workload and short construction period. 

Structural Features of Steady-flow Water Distribution Valve Group Skid

 1. The product is designed with one injection and multiple types. Each output pipeline is composed of a set of manual gate valves, a high-pressure flow automatic controller, a set of globe valve pressure gauges, and a set of manual gate valves. When using, first open the control valve of the water inlet pipeline, then open the gate valve, start the high-pressure flow automatic controller, and then set the flow volume according to the requirements of the output flow.

2. The valve plate and valve seat of the gate valve are sealed with metal, and the surface has been treated by special technology, which has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The valve stem sealing packing is made of composite material with special structure, which reduces the valve switching torque while ensuring the sealing performance. There is a sealing grease injection valve on one side of the valve cover, so that the sealing grease can be replenished on site to improve the sealing performance and lubrication performance of the valve plate and valve seat.

3. The high-pressure flow automatic controller integrates the flow meter, flow valve and controller organically. It has compact structure, easy operation, intuitive display, high control accuracy, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-scaling, AC and DC dual-use and Features such as manual flow control or automatic flow control.

4. The water-distributing skid house is made of color steel plate, installed with anti-theft doors that open outwards, equipped with explosion-proof lamps and heaters inside, and equipped with relevant wires and explosion-proof switches.
